Are you looking for a part-time cleaning job with a flexible schedule? Inspiration Hills is looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain our facilities. We take pride in offering our guests a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and we need a reliable team member to help us uphold those high standards. During most of the year, there is often a lot of flexibility of when buildings would need to be turned between use.
Classification: PT - Non-Exempt
Reports to: Facility Manager
Pay Grade: Hourly
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Following guidelines and procedures as set by the facility manager
- Cleaning
- Disinfecting
- Sanitizing
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Restroom sanitation
- Wiping counters and tables
- Organizing
- Sweeping
- Trash Removal
- Cleaning/maintaining equipment
- Cleaning/maintaining buildings
- Cleaning/maintaining grounds
- Support: Provide general camp facility support by reporting any maintenance issues (broken lights, leaks, etc.) to the Facility Manager.
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Physical Aspects of the Job:
- Camp and Conference environment
- Lifting/carrying occasionally of products or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Flexibility & Schedule:
This is a year-round housekeeping position with a schedule that varies based on our guest bookings.
Hours: Work hours fluctuate from week to week. Some weeks may be busy (especially around retreats and summer camp), while others may be lighter.
