Are you looking for a part-time kitchen job that fits around your schedule? Inspiration Hills is looking for reliable individuals to join our 'On-Call' Food Service team. This as-needed position is potentially year-round, meaning you can pick up shifts during our busy retreat seasons, summer camps, and banquet events. It is the perfect opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking for supplemental income.
What You Will Do
Depending on your age/experience, you will work under the supervision of the Food Service Manager to ensure our guests are fed with excellence.
Food Prep: Assist with chopping, mixing, and preparing ingredients for upcoming meals.
Service: Work the serving line during meal times, ensuring guests are served quickly and with a smile.
Event Support: Help execute special banquets or event staff opportunities (like our Chicken BBQ or large retreats).
Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless kitchen and dining area, including dishwashing, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Requirements
Experience: No prior certification is required. We will train you on all food safety protocols.
Availability: This is an "as-needed" role. Hours will vary based on our group bookings (weekends are often our busiest times!).
Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on your feet are the most important skills.
Age: Must be at least 14 years old.
